In June 2024, CCDC released a new milestone document: the CCDC 2CcQ ‘Stipulated Price Contract (Civil Code of Québec)’. This marks the first CCDC contract specifically designed to align with the Civil Code of Québec. Submittal Procedures and Shop Drawings

The construction process requires contractors to submit several different types of documentation to the project owner and consultant. You will gain insights into: 1. CCDC developed the CCDC 31 to replace ACEC’s Document 31. Similar to other CCDC documents, CCDC 31 was developed with input from Owner representatives, providing a balanced approach in its drafting. This document also adopts standard CCDC terminology, found throughout the suite of CCDC documents.
